Customers may call, text, or submit a Trouble Ticket online at my aphektechservices.com. For cyber threat definitions scan and removal, I offer immediate and scheduled remote desktop support using Teamviewer Remote Access over a secure high speed internet connection. Customers are also able to schedule home or small office visits.

I decided to go into business after I received numerous referrals from former coworkers at the HUD contract where I worked as an IT Administrator.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I received great satisfaction from being able to walk a elderly person through the process of troubleshooting and reconnecting a Windows 10 desktop to her Home Wifi network.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encourage a customer to read reviews whenever available and compare prices before hiring a pro in my area of expertise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Even though IT professionals are skilled in interpreting layman terms used to describe computer problems, customers should try as best possible to relate the type of problem they are experiencing.
