I grew up in the business. I started moving pianos when I was 16 years old. My parents both taught lessons and my dad sold pianos and was in charge of tuners and movers for decades. I tune pianos as well as repair and move them. We pride ourselves on our service and giving the customer an honest, and fun experience.
Ive been in the music business my whole life. I get to do what enjoy for a living while working for myself and helping others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first see what they need. Whether it's a piano move or a tuning / repair, I gather as much information as I can on the situation. Then I give a quote , tell them process of the work and explain it in detail. If they want to move forward, we talk scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been around musicians and instruments my whole life. Ive played guitar since I was 11. As a mover, I take extra care of the pianos because I know how they function and how fragile they are.
