My husband and I both work together to take the best possible care of our clients pets. Because we operate our business together we always have our scheduled of pets covered as if I can't make it, then my husband Bill fills in for me. The same goes for him.

Bill and I always treat our clients pets with the exact same amount of love and affection that we give our own pets.

We have been pet sitting since 2011. During the past 10 years we have gained valuable experience and have come to know some wonderful people and their gorgeous pets.

We have lived in the Grayslake, IL area since 2002. Most of our clients are also from this area also.

I have been using Bill and Susan Dzialo for about 3-4 years now . They walk my dog 2x a day , my dog adores both of them !!! They are always on time, pleasant , careful, and loving to my Louie ❤️ I am able to fully trust both of these animal lovers , even if I’m not here .... when your pet sees them pull in the driveway , and jumps from his spot to greet them with a wagging tail .... you know your pet is well loved .

I highly recommend this couple , who have always helped me !!!!

Set up a first meeting to meet with the new customer and their pets. This will give us both an excellent opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other before I start dog walking/pet sitting their pets.
