Loren was great, he was right on time, very nice, very professional and helpful and got everything fixed pretty quick! The final price ended up being what was originally quoted, so no surprises anywhere, I would definitely recommend!

Very quick response by Gabe. He did have a tight schedule for the day but through communication with his field team, he was able to fit me in for same day service. We had a good chat over the phone prior to him dispatching his guys. He gave me the name and time of when his staff would arrive. Loren (his staff member) arrived earlier than expected (which led worked out great for me). Loren was very professional and informative throughout the service. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. Finding a good electrician can be tough and some guys are rude and obnoxious when on site. I was very pleased with my decision to call Total Electric and will definitely recommend them to folks I know.
