Jessica’s love for office work began in 2008 while working with a company that needed a lot of organizational and administrative help. From there it soon became a passion for her to figure out how to produce business flow with optimal productivity as well as to create and design effective, long-term solutions for each unique situation and need that can arise. Since 2013 she has worked as an Office Manager in Naperville, IL and in 2015 she completed a certification program as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist.

Russ has been a geek his whole life; his first experience with computers was to build one from his stepdad's spare parts when he was ten. He has worked in the computer industry for almost 30 years and currently provides project management,technical support, and various levels of coding for several agencies nationwide as well as for Little Professional Services and their clients.
