First the customer calls in and schedules an appointment. When we arrive we quickly assess weather we can be of service. If we can we provide th he customer with an estimate of the work and costs involved. Or if we can't we will refer them to those who can. If the customer approves we try to do the work in a single trip. Otherwise work is scheduled.
