What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to meet customer at proposed job site. Discuss scope of work to be done. Discuss customers expectations, goals for project. Complete a detailed estimate, listing scope of work, timeline, and cost.
Once the the Excepted proposal has been signed by owner and contractor. A time line will be established for work preformed.
Any deposits or payment arrangements will be agreed upon will be in place before work begins.
Job meetings will be set up and completed throughout job.
Any additional work preformed by contractor must be approved and discussed with addional cost and signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in the contracting business since 1986.
Have attended trade classes and specialized product training classes.
Have had hands on exsperience in most construction trades.
Inspected, estimated scope of work and submitted estimates for bank REO properties. Competed work from foundation to roof in up to 3 states for banks.
Estimated and completed Tenant improvent for local customers.
