I introduce myself, and make them feel comfortable. nothing helps more than dealing with a customer that feels at ease. they already nervous enough about their selections, no need to add to it.I answer every single question without beating around the bush, there is no need for this. A good installer should know what he's talking about and answer any questions ever asked.
