Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process starts with an electrical consultation, problem resolution, plan of action, and options for the plan. Given my expertise an onsite estimate is calculated and once agreed upon the work begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of experience as a licensed electrician, I am required to take continuing education classes annually.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We use a flat rate pricing system.
How did you get started in this business?
As a small child I was always intrigued with the way my electronics worked. I would always take my electrical devices apart and successfully put them back together. After high school I started out as an apprentice for a local electrical union. And from there worked my way up. Years later I ventured off to start my own electrical company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a wide range of customers from residential, small businesses, to large commercial companies. No job too big, no job too small!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to any customer would be to make sure that your electrician is licensed, insured, and bonded before any work is done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should make sure they are clear on what services they want, and write down questions in advance that they may want to ask the electrician.
