What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer what are the needs that their fur baby need ? How they would like it to look ? How many pets ? Travel to them or they travel to me .? I would then tell them the duration and also the pricing . Also to pick what date is best for them .?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at animal hospitals and grooming facilities. And experience with handling dogs and animals.
