What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact schedule an appointment to look at the job or tasks and give a quote. We like to start then or if preferred we can schedule a time to complete the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the state to do electrical work. I went through a 5 year electrical school with field training and class room time.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We use a menu pricing system so that pricing is fair and upfront. No hidden fees or making up a price once the job is complete. Also with our upfront pricing procedure we do not give estimates, we give quotes. Our price will not change once the job has been completed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with various residential, industrial and commercial customers. I feel we have a very broad knowledge of all types of electrical jobs and tasks.
