A CSR will book an appointment.  We send a trained, background and drug screened technician to the home to provide an evaluation and diagnostic of the repair or replacement item.  All technicians are employees with a service van and the tools to perform most services same day depending on the situation.  We do not give pricing over the phone, to do so is not considered a professional evaluation, and we want the customer price to be right for the job.    Plumbing is complex and the symptoms of a plumbing problem may not always be the cause. As with many technical trades, plumbing is not something we can diagnose over the phone.  We charge a nominal dispatch fee of $49 which is waived upon approved work. We also have specials and coupons on our website. We never perform work without the customer approval, the price does not change from the estimate unless a customer request more work or issues a change order.  We stand behind our work!  We offer workmanship warranties.  Our goal is to provide 5-Star service and we welcome all feedback!
