He came out on Easter Sunday to help me with an emergency electrical problem. He completed a diagnosis of my issue and it turns out that I need a new microwave (it was causing shortages in my home. He did not charge much even though I called him out on a major holiday. I would highly recommend!

Try to gain a phone conversation. The majority of the electrical issues I can quote over the phone, I gather as much Intel as I can and assess the scope of the work.
