Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting, we go to the client house. We talk about what they want to do, details of the project, budget they have in mind, when they will be ready to start and when they want to have it done. After that, we provide the client with a written estimate with all the details, materials, steps, etc. Once it's approved, we schedule the project and start working on it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are registered, insured and licensed in the state of Georgia to help clients with any residential remodeling project they have in mind.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work mainly directly with home owners, working on their primary home, but we also work with real estate investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
What I tell my clients is that doing a remodeling project is like buying a car: you need to know what you want (or don't want), have an idea of materials, colors, list of Must Haves, list of Maybes, and have a budget of how much they want to spend. Because, for example, remodeling a bathroom could cost as little as $3,000 and as much as $50,000, depending on materials, details, brands, size, etc.
