What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and meet the home owner. We give a estimate. We sit down and discuss a game plan then we get to work once we finish the job we'll do a walk through to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied thats when all guarantees come into affect
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working in construction since i was 12 yrs i have over 20 + yrs i been in business for myself since 2015.. My goal is to have a 100% cuztomer return rate but as of today we have a 75% and im proud of that percentage. Its took time and alot of hard work. Our specialties are decks , deck repair, wood rot repairs, side and cornice, painting interior/ exterior, cabinet reci ishing, window/door install or repairs, sheetrock repairs/ hanging, screened porches or over hangs, ceiling fan/ light fixtures replaced, lament floors, and much much more.
How did you get started in this business?
It's a family business passed down to me and I hope I get to pass it on down the line
