What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give our customers quality customer service. Usually a customer will call our office and one of our office staff will set an appointment for our Techs to come out and give the customer a fair price for whatever their electrical needs are.We always let the customer know the pricing before hand so that the customer know what cost will be. Then we let the customer decide if He/She wants to move forward with the job reqested.
