What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to them on the phone first to get an idea of who my customer is and what they're looking for, and then follow through with however they are most comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've pet sat everything from cats and dogs to snakes and birds. I volunteer at the humane society regularly and have rescued 3 animals of my own. I've had a house full of animals since I was a child.
