What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct consult appointment and discuss work to be done, terms and conditions, and payment terms. Provide client with an engagement letter and document request list immediately afterward. Begin work immediately upon receipt of requested documents and agreed upon payment terms.

Receive training through a Techinical program by receiving a certificate and a associate's degree in business. Licensed, Insured and Bonded!

I recently did some work for a non-profit regarding the Heating & Air equipment. The work I did was free of cost. The amazing feeling of giving back to the community.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions about their training and experience, read the profile and see if they understand you and will connect with you, see if they are kind and compassionate, reliable, open and have integrity in their work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Cost may seem at first to be the most important question, but really it's the last question. Cost only reflects the level of service to be received in exchange for that cost.
