What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation after phone interview with new customer and if both parties are satisfied with conversation then we proceed to meet with 48 hours. Design ideas and hand drawings are done at first visit and then preliminary bid is emailed based on design and information obtained. Typically meet to finalize contract within a week where I offer drawings, scope of work, homeowner list and schedule for project. Selection appointment is scheduled within 48 hours and completed within 7 days. Project start within 4 - 5 weeks or earlier if needed. We have 65 subs so we work extremely fast at a high quality.
