The business of concrete construction was introduced to me at the age of 8 years old by my father who was a well known concrete finisher for over 40 years in Rome, Ga.

I would advise the customer to ensure that the pro is well versed in their area of expertise.

In my practice, I would advise a customer to think through their budget and time frame. Most pros in this industry show up ready to go and it is helpful to know if a customer is just price checking or if they are ready to start their home improvement project.
