I prefer to communicate with the customer via phone or email, to introduce myself & business, what services we provide & what services that will need to be performed. We also provide our quotes and availablity. We want to connect with our customers so that we are able fulfill their requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training while employed through other employers/contractors and performing the job duties while be self-employed. Over 20 years of experience in lawn care and home cleaning.
