Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's an installation of one of our 50+ Water system solutions, We like to understand our new customers’s water quality, maintenance, and price objectives over the phone before scheduling an appointment. Then, when the appointment is set, we send our company brochure by email or text for our potential customer to learn more about who they’re dealing with. We call when we are on the way to confirm the day and time. We can then really do professional work if we have the time allotted to measure the space, check the water pressure, test the water’s quality, do a plumbing audit and look for drain, water, and electrical connections to record for our installers, to answer any questions you may have, and to write 3 proposals for a budget product, a better product and a best product. You will receive an Executive Summary of our discussion, 1-3 firm estimates, and specific product brochures so you can read as much as you want before making your decision. We do not stay in the home past one hour, unless the customer asks questions that cause that and we leave and send our proposal by email, unless it's a repair and then we would most likely do that on the spot, once hired. To install equipment we've sold you, you may pick either a licensed, master plumber or a technician, who would also perform a post test to prove it's performance and train you on the features of the product, and perform ongoing annual testing to control and ensure your water's quality over time, so you can be sure that your system is performing as promised over time. All of our best equipment is performance warranted for 10 years.
