Frequently asked questions

Usually the first step is to make contact with the customer to find out exactly what their needs are. From there we would discuss all possible options/alternatives, pricing, payment methods/arrangements and time/date. Once a decision is finalized, we then move on to beginning the actual job/project at hand. Overall that process is the procedure for both new and returning customers.

Typically my prices are set to compete with what other companies are charging for the same services. I understand that I am a small upcoming company that doesn’t have a big clientele base, radio or television advertising or enough employees to take on a lot of volume so I’m willing to sometimes make less of a profit in order to gain more exposure within the communities I serve, build a bigger client base and continue to grow and expand.
In 2015 I began thinking of new ideas and plans for a career change. I wanted to be my own boss and make my own schedule and not be limited to how much I could grow. So one day I had an opportunity to meet a gentleman who had his own locksmith business who was willing to teach me the trade, knowledge of how the business works and hands on experience. I quickly caught on to what I was being taught and wanted to gain more knowledge and experience.
I’ve worked with various commercial businesses big and small. To name a few, companies such Herman J Russell architecture firm, Sherwin Williams, Longhorn Restaurant, PenskeTrucking, and a few other local establishments in the Atlanta area. I also work with individuals who have been locked out of their homes or vehicles. People from all walks of life.
The biggest accomplishment I think my business has had so far is when we bid and won a contract to service a 55 unit apartment complex owned and managed by Herman J Russell Co. which was located near downtown Atlanta a few blocks from the old braves stadium. It took me 3 days to complete the job and I earned my first lump sum payment which around $5000. I was very proud and excited because I was a newcomer to the industry and I had outbid my competitors who clearly had significantly more experience than I did. I proved to myself that even someone like me who had very little experience and history in the business, could still achieve success at a high level.
Be as direct and detailed as possible about the issues you may have or the type of services you may require. Be weary of companies that tell you they cannot give a price over the phone. Most times that is something they say in order to deter you from exploring other options as well as being able to add more fees upon arrival. An honest company will not try to trick you into spending your money. They will try to find ways to help assist you regardless of how big or small your budget is.
Ask upfront what the prices are for whatever services you made need. Ask if the company is insured so if in the event any damage is caused by the company, there won’t be any issues in resolving matters. Whatever questions that met be of your concern as it relates, don’t be afraid to ask
