What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of education at ,ASU. Where as, I work as a electrician for American Electric for 2 years, as foreman under Byron Broussard. Also, I trained as carpenter with John Wesley Hammer Construction, Bishop carpentry, and Dovetail Craftsman's. With over 20+ yrs in the construction arena, I am a very confident and passionate as, Home Improvement jock.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a of $100 or $150 for services and troubleshooting on a detailed job request. As well as, me scouting the problem and if possible; fixing the issue without leaving the jobsite for materials.
How did you get started in this business?
I noticed a lot of contractors request me to come work for the business, via the company I was hired. I was hired by the company to do various types of home improvement projects. Mostly, punch out and project management assistance.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I will have work with customers, where as, I started on a project waterproofing a home and I ended up remodeling the entire basement. On the other hand , remodeling other family members homes and properties.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Customer, I would say to you, make sure that the pro is on time, transparent, and willing to totally satisfy your investments.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would say to a customer, make that you're really ready to start on their projects.
