We speak usually on the phone, text, email or person to person . The potential customet explains their electrical issues they want to address. I will listen closely and ask questions to be clear. We then make an appointment for me to seethe issues personal. Estimates are free. If I can fix your problem within a couple of hours with no additional parts, I will charge a flat fee of $150, otherwise I see exactly what has to be done and counsel the customer on the best remedy and the cost involved .
