Vanessa came for a meet and greet with my sweet Isis and in that short time she helped me learn soooooo much. She was patient, attentive, respectful and most importantly she involved me. I’ve tried other trainers for my puppy before and it wasn’t a good fit. I’m so appreciative of all of her help today and I look forward to many more sessions with her 🥰

Vanessa trained my dog Bono. It was incredible to see what potential my dog has! She also sent me alot of beautiful pictures and always kept me updated during my dogs board and train. During the one on one training she gave me alot of advise on how to raise a dog. Vanessa and her dog kiba are a true dream team! Kiba calmed my dog down alot and they became great friends! Me and Bono cannot wait to train with her again and looking forward to the next trainingssession! I am really amazed by the experience! :)

Milo, my husky, used to drag and pull me around. I even used to be scared to take him to the park because he was easily distracted with the environment around him. With Vanessa’s help he has improved substantially with only a few sessions. Taking him out has been stress free.

How did you get started in this business?
I started my journey in dog training out of a deep passion for helping dogs and their owners build stronger bonds.
After volunteering at local shelters and completing formal training programs, I realized the positive impact effective training has on both dogs and their families.
This inspired me to launch Pup's & Paws Dog Training LLC, allowing me to share my knowledge and commitment to fostering happier, well-behaved pets.

Our clients vary in their training needs, from addressing behavioral issues and obedience training to socialization and agility. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One recent project I’m particularly proud of involved helping a rescue dog named Max overcome severe anxiety and reactivity during walks. We worked closely for six weeks, implementing positive reinforcement techniques and gradual desensitization. Seeing Max transform into a more confident and relaxed companion, and witnessing his owner’s joy as they enjoyed walks together, was incredibly rewarding.
