What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s 69 dollars for diagnosis fee. Which will go towards the repairs. All work comes with a 1 yr warranty. If the work that’s needs to be done, is declined. The diagnosis fee of 69 is still due, but customer will have a 2 month grace period on that 69. So if they decide to get fixed,within two months. 69 will be deducted from repairs.

over 20 yrs experience in the appliance service field . EPA certfied
How did you get started in this business?
working for another appliance company for years! Decided that I wanted to start my own. So I did exactly that!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot extended home warranty work. We have worked with all types of customers! From small business to Hughes ones. To regular residential customers.
