Maintenance Unlimited was founded in 2001 by owner Sean McKinney in Atlanta Georgia. The company was founded on the principle idea that a quality heating repair company should be easy to reach and always listen to the needs of the customer. Since Maintenance Unlimited’s conception the company has been growing one heater repair job at a time. There are many heating and air conditioning repair companies in Atlanta it can be hard to know how to choose the right one. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have continous class and field training year round. 30% is done in house at our weekly service meeting. 20% is done on field assignments & the remaining trainings are performed by the mfg representatives on a quartely basis.

We provide Straight Forward Pricing. This means you known what the exact issue affecting your system and the total cost for the repair will be so you can approve it before any repair work begins.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First ask to see there state license & insurance. Verify that they have liability insurance along with workers comp insurance so you know moving forward you are protected. If a contractor is offering a deal too good to be true it is almost always because they do not have oneor more of the above items.

When you replace a system you are making an investment that will affect your everday life for as long as you occupy the home. Think about what would give you the greatest comfort along with roi. an example is installing a whole home media filtration. This removes 99.9% of the dust and large allergens that past through the system and also reduces the frequency of filter changes from on average 4 times a year to 1
