What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in home assessment of your project. Offer recommendations based on our 15+ years in the industry. Explain exactly what we will be doing and exactly home long the work will take. Go over our warranty and guarantee. After your project is complete, we do a thorough walk through to insure your complete satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly increasing our education and knowledge. We attend Bona, Basic Coatings, Minwax and American sanders classes on regular basis. These classes insure we continue to use industry's best practices in the hardwood floor business.
