Hey there! Im Michael, i have been doing Consturtion work sence before i was old enough to get a job. Heating and Air Conditioning is my favorite, i have been in that line of work for 15 years. But i always liked do anything that has to do with a house. Growing up my dad was always makeing our house bigger/nicer and unique, i was amazed by it so i strived to learn and so when kids were playing after school my dad was teaching me about everything and how worked. i grew a passion for fixing or making room bigger, better, nicer and making it unique for the owner. I enjoy what i do and to see the owners get what they ask for at great rates. I can do anything when it comes to a house, plumbinh, eletrical, Heating and Air Conditioning, Framing/add ons, Hauling Junk off, Cleaning homes, help moving from house to house. you name it i can do it. if your happy, im happy.. if your not happy, then my work isnt complete untill you are!
I enjoy fixing whatever it may be, i like looking at something that is destoryed and picturing how it looked like new and then putting it back together how its suppose to be. then standing back and looking at the before and after to see the accomplishment of my project.

My prices vary, every job is different. Theres the big ones vs the small ones, the jobs that takes weeks vs a couple hours. Sometimes i can give you a quote over the phone or even by text, sometimes i need to see it to give you a better idea. But the numbers that we come up with or agree to dont change, unless we add or do some modifications but never thrown on you out of the blue...
