What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer contacts us for a estimate we travel to the customers home or job location to get accurate measurements and any photos needed to send a estimate. We usually send estimate over email unless a written estimate is required when we are there measuring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years total experience, combined we have 25 years experience. I have 4 years of on the job training prior to opening my business. We are also in the process of acquiring our NWFA certification for sand and finish.

Our pricing is as follows.
Vinyl Plank Install - $2.50sqft
Laminate Install - $2.25sqft
Refinishes- $3.25sqft
New Wood Sand and Finishes- $2.75sqft
Base/Trim Removal and Replace- $1.25LF
New base/molding installation- $2.24LF
Stair Refinishing- $90each (1 tread, 1 riser)
These prices are standard rates. We charge extra for furniture moving ($150 per item) as well as purchase of the material getting installed. (Flooring, tile etc)
How did you get started in this business?
When I was 15 the girls father I dated had his own flooring business and I worked with him for 4 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with 100's if not 1000's of different clients. From famous baseball and football players to actors on television. We specialize in Sand and Finishes and refinishes so our typical customer is someone looking to get there old floors brought back to life!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise would be the when hiring the most expensive is not always the best and the least expensive is not always the worst. Make sure to ask plenty of questions and address any and all concerns so you the client and the business will always Be on the same page. Also communication is key, communicate throughout the entire process of the job.
