Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a new customer it's very important to me as a matter of fact it's the most important thing that I understand as best as possible all expectations so that we can meet them. Communication is important but not too little and not too much. And I think it's important to get a solid footing with anyone that's new with us so that they understand it's absolutely okay to ask for something to be done or to point out something we may have missed if we did - we are not offended by that - but we also want a little bit of a period to adjust to things that may seem common sense to them may be new to us and if we catch all very quickly and it won't be long before things are smooth as probably they have ever been for you regarding your landscape provider.
pretty much anyone can be a landscaper and pretty much anyone can do most of the stuff that we do. Where we Excel is the relationship side and making it painless, easy and getting to things before you can even say proactive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 1993 Ive provided service to some of the finest homes in Atlanta from Country Club of the south, St Ives, St. Marlo to many of the Braves, UPS executives and much more. Winner of not one but two consumers choice awards in Atlanta.
From 2004-2007 I took a break and went to Los Angeles to run a almost 200 million dollar region of landscape maintenance for TruGreen landcare, won numerous awards, turned around a failing branch and did some incredible things in the Los Angeles area for those three years. Brother skills again back to Atlanta to help bring some fresh ideas and concepts to our market.
