We are a fully licensed and insured plumbing company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is an hourly rate of $115 per hour, but there is also flat rate pricing for certain jobs (i.e. hot water heaters).

The owners are a father and son who have been in the plumbing business for their entire lives. They decided to start their own company roughly 13 years ago and have been successful ever since.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was literally walking down the street and passed a man standing outside talking with someone. As I was walking by, the man said that he couldn't get a plumber to call him back. I asked him if he needed a plumber, and he quickly replied yes. He brought me into his home and showed me the job, which was a replacement of a shower pan. He needed a permit pulled. He emailed me the information, and I had the permit that same day. The next day, we sent a plumber to do the work and it was complete. He was extremely happy, and I know that we will have a longterm customer with him!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are hiring a professional who is licensed and insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should be clear about what their expectations are and if there is anything unknown, feel free to ask!
