What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we set an appointment to look at your project. Discuss ideas and look at pictures. A sketch is drawn up on paper to be sure we are on the same page. Then an estimate is emailed to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing and overseeing landscaping projects since 1996.
