I first would contact a potential new customer to verify what their needs are and to ensure I am a good fit for them. A customer needs to feel a trust before they can accept recommendations about a current or potentialy new home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified by Internachi as a Home Inspector and licensed by the state of Florida. This certification and license along with my many years of working in the Home Improvement and refurbishing field gives me a solid foundation for this work that I enjoy.
