What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a meeting is set up to determine what the customer needs are. I will look at the job and than provide a written estimate. An agreement is made ( I do make suggestions to help the customer save money)the rate is based on the size of the job but we try to finish in a timely manner. Customer Satisfaction is our goal.
