What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our potential customer has decided that they would like to get an estimate for either new floors, renovation work, painting, Water leaks, we also specialize in insurance claims. Once the need is established an in-home free estimate appointment is set up either by calling our office at 727-375-7813, or 813-918-2737. The appointment is set up according to the convenience of the customer. Our sales representative will arrive in a one hour time window. During the estimate appointment the sales representative will provide samples, make suggestions, measure The jobsite area. The estimate is then created and emailed to the customer. If the customer does not see the samples that they would like in the shop and home van we invite the Customer to come to the show room for show room appointment where they can view many more samples.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each and every sales representative that works for Yeager and company including the installation people are all trained, attend required seminars, and are gifted craftsman by trade.
