What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I setup an appointment to meet with the customer in order to see the project they would like a quote for. typically within 48 hours I will email a proposal in which if accepted would move us into the scheduling date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an installer and owner for almost 45 years. I learned the trade from my father working with him during the summer months of high school
