What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a meet and greet to meet with both the animal and the owner. I ask all kinds of questions pertaining to what the owner wants. That involves walk a dog, giving the animal clean water and replinishing the food. Cleaning a litter box if it is a cat. Giving medicine, if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal training, just alot of experience doing this. I am going on 10 years taking care of pets
