I have been doing help desk and IT work for over 15 years and TV Repair for over 10 years. I have been in lead roles, individual work roles, roles where I had to work with a team that I barely knew to get a job done. I am that person that can be placed in any room. I can conduct myself and converse with Doctors, Lawyers and even CEO's of a Fortune 500 company, also I can speak the lingo to the 80 year old lady that may needs help inputting a new access number in her dial-up. I am a people person.
