About
Our service stands out because we always make sure to get the job done, although we might get it wrong the first time we guarantee that the problem will be fixed.
I enjoy when we get our customer's AC up and running. That way they don't have to put up with the heat. Customer satisfaction.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our initial communication we ask basic questions about what is happening with your HVAC system, that way we get an idea of the issue and can put some of your questions to rest.
After we get your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email) we schedule your appointment.
At our appointment, we check your system completely and give you the solution to the issue and how we will fix it. We give you a price and most of the time can do the job right after your approval (depends in case we need to go get a part, etc.)
We leave your HVAC system working perfectly
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the contractor in charge of The AC Therapist, I have been working in the field for over 6 years. I work alongside my father, who has more than 15 years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
100% Free Estimates, if you do not like our pricing we will be on our way. That is how The AC Therapist assures you that we offer the most competitive prices in the area.
The AC Therapist accepts cash, checks, card, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. We also have great financing options, with as low as $80 monthly payments, ask us more about our financing options.
How did you get started in this business?
My father has been working in the HVAC business since he was in our home country of Cuba. Once we arrived to the USA we started our HVAC business in the Tampa Bay area and quickly grew our business thanks to our great and extensive knowledge repairing and fixing HVAC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We worked with all types of customers. From a mobile home to a 3 bedroom home to 6 bedroom home to commercial buildings. We are equipped to help all of our customers with all of their HVAC needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently did an attic blow-in insulation project to a home that had no insulation in the attic. The owner was paying almost $300 a month in her electric bill. After they filled the attic with fiberglass insulation she was paying only $150 a month. She recuperated the investment on the insulation in less than a year.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always get a second, and even a third opinion if possible. I speak with people every day that can't believe that I would charge half the price for the same service that some other big company, or that I would offer an easy fix when someone else said that the units had to change.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The brand that you want is very important. Many think of Carrier and Trane because those are famous names, but what I always recommend is to check, how many suppliers for that brand are in your area. These days, the units are not like they were 10 or 15 years ago. They all have faults and will have at least 1 break in the first 10 years of life. When that happens, you want to make that the part you need under warranty, will be available as soon as possible, and you get that with suppliers that have more stores in your area.
