What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen first and foremost. Usually, the customer has a problem and it's our job to listen first and then provide some options for solutions.
If we can educate the customer along the way, so they make informed and educated decisions, it's ideal!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians are EPA and NATE-Certified. Each year, we're required to put in hours and hours of continued education.
We've rigorously trained to offer the best, most informative and honest solutions for whatever issues the customer may have. This includes making those solutions affordable with a wide-arrangement of financing offerings.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not charge based upon an hourly system. We feel this leads to too much dishonesty with Technicians extending a repair much longer than necessary. Instead, all of our solutions are offered on a flat-rate menu of pricing. The customer pays a set price, regardless how long it takes the Technician to fully complete the repair. If the Technician needs more time to work out a complex solution, it's on our dime, not on the customer's!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential - Families, Home-Owners, Tenants, Investors, New-Construction, Home Sellers and Home Buyers. If it involves indoor air comfort, we can work with them!
Commercial - Large Roof-Top Units, Ground-Based Split Systems, Package Units, New-Construction. Examples include Churches, Golf Course Clubhouses, Retail Shops, Restaurants, Professional Offices, Medical Facilities, Schools and more!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were able to successfully accumulate over 5,000 cans of food through a Feeding Tampa Bay food-drive with the help of our customers. For a donation of their choice, we discounted our services by $10. These cans were distributed to over 3,000 families in need of food for their children and household members. Giving back to the Tampa Bay area is immensely rewarding!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check their Google reviews. Facebook, BBB and others as well. Call and ask if they provide financing. Do they pull permits? Do they register the equipment for the customer to maximize the product warranty? Do they schedule the inspection so you know everything is done to code and closed-out properly so no legal issues linger regarding their property? Is the Contractor State-Licensed and Insured? Can they send proof?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How soon do I need the work to be done? How would I prefer to pay for the work? Am I going to be in the current home for years or will I be selling it soon? Is quality, warranties, craftmanship and peace-of-mind important to me or am I willing to sacrifice for the cheapest product for now?
