What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer and find out time lines and schedule so the customer meets their deadlines. We are available by phone anytime and do not use impersonal booking services. We believe in customer service.

Education upon request by the customer. We do not like advertising our training due to competition.

How did you get started in this business?
While buying and renovating homes and then selling the homes We came across home inspections that were poorly conducted and we knew we could provide a superior inspection and service.

We adopted two greyhounds. Helping people who have been misinformed by other home inspectors to get them back on the right track.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with someone who is looking out for your best interests and cares about their customers. Find home inspectors with experience and research them on the Better Business Bureau.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Even though some home inspectors offer mold, pest. You should never use someone who doesn’t treat pests for a living to assess a termite issue or someone who doesn’t deal with mold and mold remediation to test for mold.
