EDC Professional Home Inspections, founded in 2012 and based in Oviedo, FL, is a veteran-owned small business providing comprehensive residential inspections and insurance surveys. Services include buyer and seller home inspections, mold inspections, wind mitigation surveys, 4-point inspections, home energy inspections, and wood destroying organism (termite) inspections. Ancillary services cover pool inspections, moisture assessments, well water sampling, and Chinese drywall evaluations. All inspectors are Level 1 Thermographers and support building diagnostics and thermal imaging needs.

Each full buyer or seller inspection includes a complimentary thermal imaging scan, the “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection…” maintenance handbook, and a Home Energy Report. A 100-day inspection warranty is provided for items documented in good working order at the time of inspection that subsequently fail.
