The crew from Burkett’s Professional Well Service installed a shallow well for me yesterday. Mr. Burkett met with me and explained the entire process. The crew was extremely courteous. They have the perfect system for shallow wells. They never had to drive any vehicle on my property because of their way to install the well. If you’ve been contemplating a well, give this company your business. Mr. Burkett loves God and I believe he’s a very honest man. I’m extremely satisfied.

My daughter lives in Fountain, Florida and is deaf. I live 8 to 10 hours away. Right after Christmas when it got below freezing there, their well pump froze and cracked. Since their main way of communicating is by texting it is hard for them to contact a business. A friend of a friend told them he could replace the pump for them and brought out a pump he had bought and spent all day trying to install it and getting it to work. It was barely running when he left that night and had quit by the next morning.

So I decided I was going to try to see what I could do to help them out from where I am in north Mississippi. So of course I went to Google and looked for pump company near fountain. Burketts professional Well Service. was the first one that came up on the Better Business Bureau website. They had an excellent rating. I gave them a call and they were so nice and understanding of our situation and even though they were already busy that day they promised they would come out that afternoon to see what they could do. That was around nine or 10 o’clock in the morning on December 29 and I got a call back about 2 o’clock that afternoon from Steve and he said they would be at my daughters house in 45 minutes. I explained that they were deaf and could communicate by writing notes and he said they would make it work.

They came out and discovered the pump the other guy had put in was too small. Within 10 minutes of checking it out he called me and told me what we needed and that it would take less than an hour to do the work. He was very very nice and had no problem communicating with my daughter. They did excellent work and gave us a great price. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs that type of work in the area.

Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They worked hard to find the problem and went through every step along the way to make sure I understood.
