Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at the job and see what the customer wants done. I will assess the job an what has to be done. I'll give the customer a fair an competitive quote an schedule a time to complete the work. No money is ever asked for up front or before the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I have learned about trimming trees I have learned on the job. I've been doing this kind of work for about 4 yrs now and I'm very surprised at how much I've learned. The one thing that keeps me on my A game
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most palm trees are $40 for trimming an around $200 for removal. Oak cleanups or trimming is based on how much is being done an how much debris will have to be hauled away.
How did you get started in this business?
I used to build houses as a master carpenter but worked slowed down an I helped a friend with a job and fell in love with the work an freedom of being my own boss
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of people from nice to mean ,appreciative to down right rude. But all in all I've never left a customer unsatisfied or a job uncompleted.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The lowest bids are usually not satisfactory like my dad always said you get what you pay for. There are alot of people out there who will do a job cheap but there's only a few of us who will do it right.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you want the end result to look like an is it possible.
