We schedule and complete inspections 7 days a week.Oue services include Home Inspections,Wind Mitigation, 4 point and can complete Termite inspections with one of our contracted Termite technicians.With years of experience as a preservation contractor and rehab contractor for the Mortgage Field Service industry we have completed thousands of site visits, inspections, repairs and rehab work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre inspection overview answer any and all questions regarding the process and concerns questions the client has.
We then complete the inspection and and send report with a follow review of the inspection and answer all questions before during and after the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10-15 Years in the trade,and since 2012 exclusively in the Mortgage Field service industry as a preservation/rehab contractor and completeling thousands of inspections,site visits,repairs and rehab work to maintain properties and prep them for resale working with trade people to meet the various requirements of the client which includes FNMA,VA,FHA, and various financial instituitions.

Our fees are competitive in the market our thoroughness and service to the client is exceptional and our fees are based on different qualifiers based on size of home and which inspections are needed.
How did you get started in this business?
Started as a handyman and worked my way to become a qualified vendor/contractor in the Mortgage Field Service industry which included inspections for fnma,fha,va and then included a home inspection license to complete inspections for the Real Estate trade.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions,research the inspection process, as you are overwhelmed with the process of buying real estate and finsd a inspector who is licensed insured and willing to answer all of your questions and remember you get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Research the inspection hud puts out good information as does realtor.com and better home and gardens those are good templates and good questions to ask and will trigger other questions to your specific needs.
