Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, the client will put a need out for the inspection. That is when my company will reach out to you and obtain information on the house and which inspection is being performed. Then we will send over an electronic copy of a contract that the customer needs to sign and send back, preferably before completing the inspection. Once a date is set, the inspection will take place. Following the inspection (within 24 hours) the report will be sent via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to school for my trade at the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors school.
InterNACHI License- NACHI18022013
I am also state licensed
Florida State License- HI11011
Along with my inspection licensing I have obtained my license in insurance, which has allowed me to become knowledgeable when completing insurance inspections.
