About

What makes our services standout is we care. Really care. Our OCD is an asset in this business. We are extremely detailed oriented. We spend more time than most inspectors on the home because we take our time and cover more items, use more equipment, and report more detail.

A full home isnpection includes: Roof, Structure & Foundation, Electrical System, Plumbing System (including all plumbing fixtures), A/C System, Appliances, Irrigation System, etc. Visit http://www.hometechinspect.com/services-2/ for more details. This also includes a complete thermal imaging inspection of the entire home as well as moisture meter scans in key areas. The home inspection process normally takes 3 to 5 hours from start to finish depending on the size and condition of the home as well as the number of inspectors on the job. All inspections include a verbal review at the end of the inspection in which we inform you with any defects or concerns as well as familiarize you with the systems of the home and any other things or actions pertaining to the maintenance of the home. We will then send a report with all of the items discussed which includes pictures; normally reports go out that evening or the following day however if they are needed immediately just let us know and we will accommodate. Our reports are extremely detailed and easy to read should you have any questions anytime after the inspection we are always available for you or any third parties you wish us to speak with. Our goal is to really get into the nuts and bolts of the home leaving you informed on the current condition of the home and all of its systems and components. We also want you to know what to expect and how to proceed in maintaining the home in the months and years to come should you purchase the home. Feel free to contact us anytime with any questions. We are happy to help. When looking for home inspectors here are some good questions to ask;

-Are you licensed and insured?

-Do you include thermal imaging?

-How long does the inspection take?

-What is your experience?

-Do you go in the attic?

-Do you go on the roof?

-If you can’t get on the roof, how do you inspect it?

We know you will be happy with our answers to these questions.

Feel free to contact us for additional questions. We want you to get the best inspection possible!!!

It is really important for us that our clients feel like they have been provided all the available information from our inspection services that may help them make the best decisions in the home buying and/or home repairing process. It can be very stressful buying or repairing a home or even just purchasing a home insurance policy. It brings great joy to serve our clients in such a way that we lessen some of that burden by providing a complete picture of the home. We also really enjoy the process of the inspection. A home is made up of many different parts and systems that, like and engine, can all affect one another. Every home has a story to tell; an experienced home inspector can read a home by a thorough inspection and tell that story to the client.
