Fogarty Inspection Services Group
About
You're inspection will be performed by an experienced inspector who is a licensed Home Inspector and Mold Assessor. He also holds a Level II Thermography Certification for thermal imaging. Thermal imaging will be included in the inspection as an additional diagnostic tool to help detect or diagnose defects.
Our only goal is to make sure you get a thorough inspection and understand what you're purchasing. The average time frame for inspecting a home this size home is 2-4 hours (plus the time it takes to prepare your report 1-3 hours). But, this is an estimate. Actual times can vary. In the majority of cases (around 99%), you receive the report the day of the inspection, usually between 6-10pm. Worst case, it may be 1st thing the following morning. Please contact the office if you have additional questions or need help with scheduling.
